Overbraider machines for Eurocarbon:

Eurocarbon is a producer of braider and woven reinforcements, primarily used for  composites industry. These braids and woven tapes are made out of high performance reinforcement fibers such as:  glass, aramid, carbon and thermoplastics.

Eurocarbon design overraiding machines (braiding machines) to make these products.

Inofil design the PLC control and HMI for the overraining machines.

Technical aspects highlighted:
Safety technology Siemens PLC.
The machine is controlled by recipes made in WinCC felxible from Siemens.
Servomotors are used for the drives. These are controlled via TIA Portel.
